- Grind bread slice in a mixer and make bread crumbs. Now add bread crumbs, semolina, curd and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add some water. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- Chop onion, tomato, capsicum and coriander leaves. Grate ginger.
- Now mix all chopped vegetables in bread batter and mix.
- Add red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix well. Add little water to make it pouring consistency.
- Heat a non stick griddle. Brush it with cooking oil and pour a ladle full of batter and spread with the help of spetula. Cook on low flame. Spread little oil all around the cheela. Cook for 2 minutes. Now flip the side and fry from other side also.
- Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
