- Now take the milk and start boiling it. When the Malai is form keep placing it on the side of the vessel very lightly.
- Now add the kesar and milk made. When it is reduced to more than half add sugar( but check the sweetness as milk made is also sweet. When it becomes the form of rabri add the dry fruits and rose water.
- Now take the bread cut it's edges. Brush it with water or milk so that it becomes soft. Drain the excess water or milk by pressing it with light hand. Then add the stuffing in the middle. Make it into round balls. Then press it little to give a flat shape.
- Now first put the rabri then place the bread and again pour the rabri. Garnish it with fry fruits. Serve it cold.
